Project Description

HISTORY

Prepare a completed set of natural turf playing field Design Documents for new multi-use stadium. The stadium programming was proposed to host a various number of other venues and events other than football and soccer. The programming also includes: Rock Concerts, Monster Truck and several other open air events.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

The engineering services included the a natural turf playing field, playing field grading plan to NFL and FIFA standards. The master under drain collection systems (featuring over 12,000 feet of pipe) that makes the field playable one (1) hour after taking 2 inches of rain. The master irrigation system and associated written specifications. Also provided all required construction administration services during construction.
