Project Description

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Renovation to existing stadium to create a state-of-the-art multi-use spring training facilities positioned on a single site. The main ballpark stadium with a total capacity of approximately 12,000 fans (including standing room and grass berm seating), renovations to four practice fields and one half field, construct one full practice field and one half field eats of stadium. Expansion of Giants Stadium Clubhouse, create a new deck and terrace seating in the right field berm area. Construction of a walkway connecting the left field berm and right field berm area and reconstructed batting cages.

“The stadium is also available to rent and hosts numerous parties, events and meetings throughout the year”.

The engineering services included the assistants with the master site planning, parking lot design, grass parking, paved paving, pedestrian hardscape grading design, ADA review for complex compliance, coordinate and obtain all Local and State required permits. Design all playing fields for a natural playing field turf installation, master irrigation system, graded all the playing fields to meet the MLB standards and design the master under drain collection systems and underdrain lift station. Also provided all required on-site construction administration and observation during construction.
