Project Description

SCOPE OF SERVICES

FTE was retained to provide full civil engineering design and permitting to include the up dated Transportation Impact Study (TIS) for the proposed renovations to this project. The project is scheduled to begin in November 2015 for phase one improvements. As the civil engineering firm responsible for this project, FTE had prepared the master site plans, drainage plans, tree relocation plan and erosion and sediment control plan. Permitting of this project included the SFWMD minor modification to the ERP permit and the Town of Jupiter Planning and Zoning Department.

The phase one improvements include: storage building and grass berm seating renovations to a concrete tier seating area. Phase two improvements include: the installation of a sunscreen canopy of the existing seating bowl area.

Future expansion on of the existing team store is scheduled for 2017 after spring training has been completed. No actual start date has been established as of this date.
